For the best performance and durability, we recommend filling your punching bag with a combination of scrap fabric or old clothing, which can be easily sourced from local fabric shops. To add extra weight and stability, layer 4-5 small sandbags inside.

Shipping Policy

All Orders will be shipped with express delivery from either warehouses in Dubai or Pakistan. It will take around 3 - 5 days to process the order and 3 - 7 days is the shipping time (may vary with holidays).
